Shipping Information
Most of our tables are hand-built after you order them. This takes time. We try to complete all orders within 5-10 business days. Occasionally it may take longer if we're extremely busy at the time. If this is an issue for you, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accomodate your time frame.
Free shipping via UPS ground is included with all of our standard items. UPS typically takes 3-5 days to deliver your item once we ship it.
Some large custom items are too big for UPS to handle and we will send them to you via freight.
We use uShip for all freight items. We will provide shipping cost estimates and these fees will be added to the order price. We will also let you know an approximate delivery date. The driver will coordinate the specific delivery time directly with you.
