Returns & Exchanges
We do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. You must ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
3. All items must be returned in original packaging.
4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
5. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6. Items must be returned in the same condition as we sent them to you. Additional fees may apply if they are not received in this condition.
Damaged Items
1. You must retain and return damaged items in the original packaging materials.
2. We will request you email us photos of the damage.
3. On custom orders over $2000 we purchase additional shipping insurance and will handle the claims process.
4. On orders under $2000 you will need to file a claim with UPS directly.
The following items can't be cancelled, returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders. Note: this includes any item that is custom cut or has been stained.
- Any sale or discounted items.
Refund Information
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
